In Demand Tickets (known here as “We” or “In Demand Tickets”) respect your privacy and it is our aim and commitment to protect the personal information we collect about you.

The content is protected by copyright, trademarks database rights and any other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the website on a computer screen, stroe it on a disk, but! You cannot store it on a server or other storage device that is connect to a network, you can print it for your own personal use, but not for commercial use.

Please read these carefully, before ordering any tickets from our site. Please do understand that by ordering any tickets from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order. However this does not mean that your order has been accepted, it only tells us that you have offered to buy tickets from us and we acknowledge that. As we are agents acting on behalf of other third party event organisers, the actual legal contract will be between you and that event organiser, so therefore you are subject to their terms and conditions, so in a nutshell!! We are just the middle man.
You must contact the event organiser for any cancellations, refunds or exchanges, we will be guided by our partners in these circumstances.
Booking fees are non- refundable.
If the event is cancelled, without a rescheduled date, we will process your refund, you do not need to contact us to request the refund.
If you find the event is cancelled you may be offered tickets for a rescheduled time and date, we will use reasonable endeavours to inform you of any cancellations once we have received notice of the same from the event organiser.
Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and to the original card of purchase.
The tickets can only be purchased for personal use, in other words that cannot be sold on or forma any part of a business transaction.
You must check the information provided is correct, sometimes mistakes cannot be rectified.
You are responsible any loss, theft or damage to your tickets after dispatch, most of our transactions and tickets are now E-ticketing.
You must arrive at the event on time, every effort will be made by the organiser to accommodate late arrivals.
You must comply with all the relevant statues, venue regulations which includes age restrictions, and don’t forget those safety announcements, after all they are there for your own good.
You may be refused admission by the event organiser or venue management, as they do reserve the right to refuse admission if in their opinion it is reasonable to do so.
Should the organisers/venue decide to refuse entry, you will not receive a refund.
Then there is all the usual stuff, no laser pens, unauthorised use of photography, illicit drug or alcohol use, don’t bring your own food or drinks. Your personal property is left at your own risk.
We do not determine the price of the ticket, basically we have no control over pricing. We just sell the tickets for a third party.
The prices include VAT,(we have no control over VAT) but excludes delivery costs, booking fees and other administration costs, which may be added to the total amount due as shown in your shopping basket.
We do charge a booking fee per ticket, which covers the costs In Demand Tickets incur to process the transaction. There are times we may need to charge a delivery/handling fee, which will cover the costs We incur to make the tickets available to you and the event organiser, we will of course notify you of this prior to purchase.
Price are liable to change at any time, however these changes will not affect orders which have already been placed.
As our website promotes many events and clients, it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the tickets listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. If this is the case, we will rectify it at our best discretion, if they are under-priced we will email you and make you aware of this and advise of a further payment due, overpriced!!! Yes of course we will refund you!.
Payment for all tickets must be by either Debit or Credit card. Please allow up to three days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement, it will show as In Demand Tickets.
We endeavour to do the best we can under the terms of our contract with you, if we at any time fail in our duties, please do contact us and we will do our upmost best to fix it.
A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
